The South Carolina Athletics Consent and Medical Waiver are required for all participants. The Carolina Dance Team reserves the right to deny any dancer with pre-existing medical and/or physical history that may prohibit them from safely participating in the clinic.

 

Participants are required to register online for camp to simplify the check-in process. Check-in will be located in the lobby area outside the Carolina Volleyball Center. Athletes will not be permitted to leave the facility during clinic hours, unless previously cleared with guardian and clinic staff.

Carolina Dance Team Clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited by only number, age, and grade level. Participants must register online. Space is limited for each camp; registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure participation.

Upon processing each registration, an initial email will be sent from RYZER. A follow-up email will be sent 3-5 days before camp. All camp-related correspondence will be sent via email. It is advised that campers and/or parents check their emails frequently in the weeks/days leading up to the clinic.

Registration will not be available at the door on the day of the event.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing; verbal cancellations/refund requests will not be honored. Refunds will be issued for cancellations up to one week (7 days) prior to the clinic.

There will be no refund for any participant dismissed from the clinic. Grounds for dismissal include but are not limited to vandalism; leaving the facility unsupervised; the use of alcohol, drugs or tobacco products; harassment and not following verbal instructions/rules.
